Med-Pro Health Care Services located in the USA & UK provides comprehensive health care services and support for patients. 75 users are located outside the Country who required access to Med-Pro systems. Their employees work 24×7 using their IT infrastructure for fulfilling their services. This requires a strong server support with storage and backup solutions.

The Challenge

Due to COVID 19 Med-Pro team could not attend office and had to continue their regular business operations remotely. They required a reliable storage solution with remote and secured accessibility.

Our Solution

We implemented a Cloud Infrastructure as a service (Iaas) enabling all their users to work online continuing to fulfill their customer demands. We installed a cloud server, which works as a file server and Active Directory Server with Firewall for internet security. This enabled users to login from home or remotely through the ADS with RDP license.

The Result

Cloud server Infrastructure (Infrastructure as a service –IaaS) helped the customer to resume their business operations seamlessly even during the COVID 19 pandemic. Med-pro was able to retain their customers in the US and UK.
