Annual Service Contract
We provide on call annual contract for maintaining and servicing all hardware. Service does not include replacement of hardware spares for those customers who avail only service.
- Reporting the health status of hardware
- Alert for spares replacement needs
- Report for any system upgradation needs and failed hard disk or memory
Customers can opt to procure spares from Arrow or from a third-party. We also provide spares for those customers who prefer to procure from us.
